Yes, you can.
But why would you want to go from 3300kV, which admittedly is a *bit* underpowered, to a 6100kV
It'll be mental.
Why not go for something in between, say 5000-5500kV.
FWIW i can get the 3300 to flip straight on to the roof with the right set up and decent (grippy) tyres. It just runs out of grunt at the end of the straight of our clubs outdoor track.
