Here is what I have found the sweet spot to be for these shocks for a mid motor 22 on high grip tracks. Indoor or outdoor.
I never need to do anything mor that a 2.5wt oil change

Front
27.5wt losi oil
Green front spring
3mm internal spacers
55 x 4 hole piston

Mid tower
Mid wishbone
short camber link
No spacers under link
Axle height. Low
25 kick 5 castor

Rear
27.5wt losi oil
White spring
No spacers
54 x 4 hole piston

Outer on tower
Inner on wishbone

Use a 1e rear link with 3mm under outer ball
Short wheelbase

Use lrc block with toe in of your choice. I like 5 deg
Max antisquat
Ride height
18-20mm all round
This car works better with a level chassis or nose slightly high
