Get a much slower motor.....10.5 for you ray!
Get some weight under the battery spacer 50-80g.
Stiffen the thing up a bit from box setup, and move the shocks to the outer holes on the suspension arms, put some thicker oil in the shocks.
Hope this helps. About a 20-21 tooth pinion for inside at leominster.
