The cost of running a regular race meeting is frightening, firstly you have the initial investment, insurance, venue hire, 3 to 4 rolls of duct tape per week, masking tape, features (have you seen the price of wood!), paper, printer ink......

The you've got all the time you spend arranging things, responding to emails, phone call, setting up/packing away!
