Here how it works, if i understood correctly....

The front axles (BB33 - Page 10 on manual) are offset. You can position them either forward or back (F&R on Set up sheet). This can be done turning BB33 180° to give more or less trailing.

The +1 or 0 on the set up sheet, refers to the shim (C1 - Page 10 on manual) +1 if you use it or 0 if you leave it out.

That said if you use the manual set up you have F and +1.
