To be honest, the bolt and grub were still tight. But the diff just let go right at the start beep. The race before, it was perfect. I did add an extra 5% to my throttle and nip the slipper an extra 1/8th. Maybe the extra power was just enough to piss it off?

All I can think of is that the spring washers gave up or the bolt streched?

I stripped the diff last night and looked it over, everything was as it should be. I rebuilt it with the correct tension, and it's fine again.

It's an odd thing, I can't say I like the spring washer idea.
