You probably could do it but I reckon its probably more cost efficent to just buy a macnum.

Off the top of my head you would need, wheels, tyres, body shell shock towers, wishbones, drive shafts, turnbuckles and a chassis. by the time you have brought all of those in spares you may as well had brought a brand new macnum.
