Ok now problem 2 this weird noise , is the servo attached to steering. if so its possible you are trying to overdrive it . if you are at the mechanical limit of travel and the servo is still tring to move it more it will cause the servo to "strain", by reducing the epa you are taking the load off the servo
digital servo can have a habit of buzzing it can be normal i stand to be corrected on that 1
