The motor you have is a 240ST, which is a 22 turn motor that dates from 1989, a couple of years after the Optima series was discontinued. It was supplied with the basic versions of Kyoshos race buggies. The original 240S that came in the Turbo Optima has a red endbell and red anodized alloy front plate.
Body, stickers and tyres aren't a problem, I can recommend
MarwanRC for great repros. Choice of tyres depends on whether you go for the original 1.5 inch Optima/Javelin wheels or the 2 inch Turbo/Salute/Pro wheels.
