half the 'problem' with the schumacher tires was the fact you got such amazing performance for 5 mins then a sharp drop meant you had to keep going with new ones. (if you didn't want to loose out to others)
if these tires feel more linear in performance degradation then there would not be such a need for new rubber each round.
