all you do to set a new engine up is run it for about 8/10 tanks on a rich setting slowly increasing the revs

go for a 21 3.5 cc engine its the best size for a buggy plus a few clubs will only let you run with a 3.5cc in a buggy

there a few good engines out there it all depends on how much you want to spend . i had a few a nova rossi which was mental and prob not the best engine for you and i also ran a picco p3 b they dont make this engine anymore but theres a few new 1s knocking about so if you can pick one of them up your on a winner they cost about £85.00 which is about the starting point .
in the past ive also ran GO RACING engines these are very cheap starting at around £70 but they are not the best about .
the hobao hyper 21 engine is a good engine too but stay away from the mach 28 its terrible .
force are pretty good engines they been making them for ages
the thunder tiger 21 is a really good engine too a really strong and problem free engine if tuned right
