Before you buy anything I'd get along to your local club. You haven't listed where you are in the country but there is a list on the BRCA website so you'll be able to find one near you.
You'll be able to see what people are racing most at the club and chat to them about the best way to go.
Unless you just want if for bashing ? In which case as long as you can get the spares for it anything will be fine
