check all soldered joints on connectors between esc and batterys, check the wire from the switch isnt broken/loose,

if the esc was running very hot during use something could have blown inside,

if you have access to one a digital multimeter will help diagnose wether there is a problem with the circuitry somewhere,

unfortunately if there is something wrong inside only thing to do is send it off too SMD for repair as they are a very complicated bit of kit
