I was thinking a Focus to be cheap, but it sounds like it could potentially be very expensive, like any car though i guess. There are some horror stories on forum about the dual mass flywheel!
I wanted a 330 over a 320 for the upgraded components really. I need to do some more research but i would except uprated engine internals and gearbox, brakes, suspension, etc.
My mates had my Mondeo 2.0 TD for years and it's been perfect. Not sure about the TDCI engines though.
