Hi Lowie,
On the Top viw of the car the 0.5mm , 0.0mm at the front and the 1.0mm and 3.0mm along with the 0.0mm and 3.0mm at the the rear show the washers I use in the arm's / hubs to give the wheelbase adjustments.

The 7.9mm slipper adjustment is the distance from the top of the layshaft to the top of the slipper nut. You need to take off the outdrive to measure this, but it's the only definative method I could find to show where the slipper nut position is... It takes out the least amount of error.

This slipper setting is my 'Go-to' on most tracks, the slipper at this setting is on the slippy side of just slipping, I like to run the car so I can just hear the slipper. From here it's a half turn either way normally just to give a bit more bite or a bit more slip.

Each slipper could and most probably will build slightly diffferent, but if you build it to this, it should be damn close.
