Danny - Im using the Nuclear greases but apart from that we seem to be doing everything the same.
However, Im curious mate - how do you know its time for the diff to be rebuilt? Im not sure I can "feel" any difference with the car.
Also, a mate of mine has recently got an SX3 and we were just having a discussion about the tightness of a diff. He says that holding lifting the car by the rear wheel and turning the other rear wheel in your hand should feel very tight (i.e. hard to turn) but my diff has never been that tight - infact, its quite easy to turn the rear wheels.
Am I doing something wrong?
