So, two problems..

1, Diff starting to slip after a few meetings? When you say it's done up to it's tightest do you actually mean that? It may be that you are crushing the balls into the plates and doing some damage from the start. After the initial run do you recheck tightness? As soon as a ball diff starts to slip it'll start tearing itself up.

2, it's slow off the line? I think you are undergeared. I run 26/78 on a 6.5 so you'd want to be at least on this unless you are on a very small indoor track?
