all down to a poor batch of diff cases buddy, nothing to do with the builder
cases were replaced along with bearings and been fine since.
I did edit the 1st post, but it had origional details detailing the increase in plastic parts etc etc very very similar to the previous post.
yes its no announcement from TD and thats what where all waiting for.
