'he said, she said' is a childish arguement the Complainant will use, whereas we just need a more controlled and adult approach. The Council will initially want to see the club operate an effective Due Dilligence approach such as;

Send a letter to each member explaining the parking situation with if possible an aerial photo,

Put laminated A4 signs around the track and replace them when they are lost or stolen,

Politely move racers cars when transgressions are seen,

Have 2 people present during discussions with footballers representatives, politely asking them to leave if language is foul or their behaviour is unreasonable.

Having this type of policy sent to the council to allay their fears of an ongoing issue may be helpful and make it easier to begin discussions over parking/moving containers etc. The council are the ones we need on side so if we are structured and polite we can only put the footballers on the back foot and expose their aggression as misplaced and childish.

We can then look at the pitting and gazebos whilst disregarding the opinions of non racers without watching our backs.
