Yes, both KO Propo and Team Orion have low profile servos, as do Hitec and Spektrum. There are several options, do not worry about that.

However, the preferred choice is either Sanwa or Futaba. If you for any reason would not like a servo from Sanwa or Futaba, get one from Team Orion. I consider Savöx servos a step below, but then again they cost less so I am not saying they are crap, just that there are better things out there.

I know people who still run their Futaba S9550 albeit they are several generations old. Quality pays off, especially for servos. My Futaba BLS551 is now two (outdoor) seasons old but its gears still feel like the day I opened the box it came in. It is very quick and has a precise and exact feel. That is why I recommend it to others.

The corresponding Airtronics servo to the Sanwa SDX-801 is called Airtronics 94746M :
