I'm aware of both conversions, I nearly converted B4 and relevant extra parts to a chunk a few months back but ended up doing another atomic carbon 1/10 instead
...I nearly got the exotek also but my mates all run micro 4wd so I stayed that side...I'm going to perhaps do the chunk if PhatBodies will still produce kits before crimbo
