I think if the role was well defined then having section reps could be a good thing, but this is not the place to discuss or appoint them. The agm is the appropriate forum.
It all depends whether the screen is close enough to the rostrum to use without mic.
Anyway - are there any other dates that we should avoid or shall I go ahead and contact the clubs?
