As long as it's advertised that buying pays the 4% paypal fee's I see no issue. No one is forcing you to buy it
If the price doesnt state that then you assume the seller will pay fees.
I'm just completing two tricky business purchases and I've just been told that one of the vendors has told their solicitor I am picking up their tab!, dont think so!
