I wouldn't recommend a stock profile for a 7.5, as it will be a bit bonkers
so here goes, this is a base setting.
Timing profile either C1 or C2
Dual Mode
Neutral Width 8
Brake Strength 100
Min Brake 10
Reverse 0
Throttle Profile 3
Limiter 85%
Timing 80%
Leaver start and end points as default
