id take a trip down to geedee models and purchase a fusion exceed motor set for around 130-140 you can pick up a 6.5t motor and speed controller witch is censored but i would advise you to run lipo,s you don't get enough juice out of nimh
i run a 5600 lipo with a 3.0t castle creations motor in my tamyia tt01 through my exceed pro speed controller and it is quick as no ones business lol
