The simple answer from HobbyWing is the TOP SPEC (i.e. same as SP GT2 PRO) V2.1 120A ESC for £90! Yep, full fat top end ESC for budget 60A LPF money!!
Motors are a matter of preference, I love my Orion motors off road, I have a HobbyWing motor which is in the good lady's TC and that seems great for the money!
As for service I actually went to HobbyWing products after having a very unproductive phone call with Schumacher regarding a failed LPF (running a 6.5 in 2wd before anybody asks) ... the HobbyWing ESC I replaced it with was cheaper than the cost of repairing / replacing the LPF and arrived next day.
I'm not saying that Schumachers service was rubbish, in fact they were very helpful but it was obvious repairing the LPF was going to work out uncompetative in financial terms.
