11.1 mm is the distance removed from the T4 chassis. Most are cutting out 11mm and then sand smooth to get to the 11.1 mm mark. I'm making two, one 4mm longer and one 8 mm longer. I'm not 100% yet on the long chassis fad but I'll give it a go and see how it is.
- Cut two strait lines behind the rear battery posts, where the side pods of the chassis are straight.
- Glue with a quality and fresh super glue. Some are using epoxies.
- Create 4 carbon or aluminum braces.
- Tap the carbon braces and chassis for screws where shown on the pictures.
- Glue and screw the carbon braces onto the chassis.
