Why change mate, just run both!
I cant offer you any advice for two reasons, 1 - you have ruled out the Ultima RB5 already, and 2 - barring a morning of testing at MA I have barely driven it as I have focused on the B44.1 for now.
What I can say though, is that on that said morning it just worked. As much as I love my B44.1 it has been a constant effort tweaking things to get it so that it is driveable. Whilst Im sure that in order to win with the RB5 some set up changes would in time be necessary, I just put it together, dropped it on the track and it worked very well.
And if you are going to do regionals next year then they are held on different weekends for 2wd and 4wd so you can run in both!
