It depends, it's the old RTR B4, you can't tell what condition it's in from those pictures really (it might be fne or it could be worn out!)
What sort of racing are you looking to do with it and what's your budget?
No point in buying something like that now and immediately replacing the electrics if your budget would stretch to getting the better gear straight away - equally for just bashing then that would be fine
