I have found you can't beat a big boar on old school grass tracks with loads of small rutts and bumps were the shock is working hard. and you are working hard to keep the wheels on the ground

But I did find my old cat sx was good on the small shocks(as long as the oil would stay put) a few did say to me that they found small shocks better to. i think if the track is smooth with jumps maybe small boar is better?
