Or, are the batterys supplied to be homoligated new, never run in anger,thus when used a few times,poss swelled a little due to heat during rapid discharge. Then tested this accuratly fail as the plastic case has swelled ?
I ask as with thought I did notice this weekend that a brand new battery I used this wekend did feel a very little bit fatter after a couple of runs

it is only at euros and worlds you have to bother we are alot more easy going at nationals, i know that some manufactures do not do any quality control. one motor company had a arm for a brushed motor that they where told had a 25% chance of being illegal and did nothing about it for 4 years and this with a 2.3mm tolerance.
