take the batts back to where they where bought and get your money back, all the makers know what the sizes are,as i said it is a max size they will have to make them smaller.

as racers it is up to us to make sure our equipment is legal, it is in the rules for the races

Hmm ok I see were you are comming from, so were these batterys smaller when 1st homoligated (errm spelling) so within the limit with ease, then the makers have tried to be a bit sneeky and make them bigger,
Or, are the batterys supplied to be homoligated new, never run in anger,thus when used a few times,poss swelled a little due to heat during rapid discharge. Then tested this accuratly fail as the plastic case has swelled ?

I ask as with thought I did notice this weekend that a brand new battery I used this wekend did feel a very little bit fatter after a couple of runs
