Hmm ok I see were you are comming from, so were these batterys smaller when 1st homoligated (errm spelling) so within the limit with ease, then the makers have tried to be a bit sneeky and make them bigger,
Or, are the batterys supplied to be homoligated new, never run in anger,thus when used a few times,poss swelled a little due to heat during rapid discharge. Then tested this accuratly fail as the plastic case has swelled ?
I ask as with thought I did notice this weekend that a brand new battery I used this wekend did feel a very little bit fatter after a couple of runs
