I had something similar on my old B4 ( Gen. I )

The thing I had that al full lock to the left the servo saver was touching the middle "pole" on the chassis for the topplate. Eventhough at full lock the steeringblocks were able to touch the casterblocks but the left still felt sloppy because of the "chassis limitation".
I did grind the middle pole a little and now at full lock, it really locks instead of just lightly touching.
I do have to admid that this is with running the inline axles on a casterblock forward position. Something AE never really intended to be done.
