1. Fill the shock until the oil is level with the top of the shock body.
2. Push the shaft/piston to the desired rebound point. This will make a curve in the oil )
3. Slowly screw the cap on the oil will bleed out the side (look for the slot in the thread) 95% of the way down.
4. Wait until you know all the excess oil has bled out then fully tighten.

I hear the new Losi springs fit however I use the Team C springs they are very good.
