here are the set up from nico's cat sx3 and cougar .

Camber link as original
front 35 oil - 4 holes pistons - 4.0 spring - middle on tower
rear 30 oil - 4 holes pistons - 2.5 spring - middle on tower
MOST IMPORTANT THING front sway bar ( medium ) car was impossible to run safely without it . too easy to roll over.
ride height 20 mm
motor Speed passion V3 6.5 24pignon on original spuur.
Speedo old LRP sphere comp power 5 on 8 grade
battery Tecracerc tecPower 5200 50C
Not yet FAB system but i think it's a must have
Tyre rear yellow mini spike ( no row cut )
front used yellow mini spike( 2 outside row cut ,one inside ) if new front tyre i cut half of 3 th ouside row to loose some more front grip.
( front + rear mini pin is probably faster but more difficult )
Dammage on the car during week-end
one middle belt during training ( new renforced belt must be used soon)
front and rear shocktower changed before finals for safety ( the both have some marking on the fixing screw area.
one front spring retainer lost in a big crash at first minutes of final 1 but nico drive it to the end without to noticied that. lol.
( fastest sx3 on the track after tom Cockrill. final result 14)

Long chassis ,long wheelbase ( Cockrill drove the original short chassis )
40gr under the front and 20 rear of servo
camber link ,middle hole on the rear hub
rear sway-bar to help keep rear flat ( black one optional the hardest )
Rear shock at the back ( all other cougar drove with rear shock in front of the rear arms)
Middle hole on front and rear towers
