Last time I replaced the reaar belt I had this amazing brainwave, and thought "ha ha! instead of taking out all the layshaft and pulleys, I'll just cut the old belt!"
So I did, and that worked perfectly, absolutely easy to take out the old belt.
What a genius I am.....
...except I forgot that I still needed to fit the new belt.
Arse.
