FS2 is more consistent in terms of how it deals with grip changes and how it rotates through corners. I'd certainly not describe it as loose though, still more rear end side bite than any other current 4wd I've driven just a little less locked in than the FS.

Both are great cars, now I have got used to it I personally prefer the FS2 as it is a little more agile.
