VTA is very much a US thing, it never made it over here. Classes with limited motors and spec ESCs isn't popular in the UK. Generally touring car club racing is either 10.5T or 13.5T with standard touring car bodies.
There are a couple of national championships that are nearest to VTA spec. There is the BRCA national clubmans championship has a 17.5T class, but it still allows boost ESCs. There is also the TORC on road championship which does have a 17.5T non boosted class. But both of these still run to normal touring car specification with high end chassis, racing slicks and jelly mould bodies.
There is also the Super Production Cup, the motor used is a 13.5T but there is a class for non carbon chassis cars and a spec body of the HPI Porsche 911 GT3.
That's about all there is, everyone else sticks with touring car bodies and 10.5 or 13.5T motors.
