I use expo in steering and throttle and works nice since the beginning without problem.
I think the advantage is if you have troubles: donīt need to pay costs of shipping and wait some weeks to take a new radio. You carry your transmitter to the shop and get a new one. but I repeate, if you have troubles, I didnīt
