Hi mate,
The 6.5 motor you mention should be ideal - I use a 6.5 myself in the DEX410R.
Gearing wise - I'll generally use between 21-23T depending on track size. Get a 21t pinion and go from there.
Not sure what the mamba max pro is like tbh but I've heard good things and yes it should work sensored with the 6.5 - I wouldn't use whatever motor you mentioned, it doesn't sound very 'racey'
Probably way too much power.
You'll have to link to the racer edge lipo and its specs - you need to make sure it's roar / efra legal in terms of dimensions.
