The 15 minute Scrutineering rule is only when we pull cars off during racing to do spot checks. Everyone will undergo 2 x 15 minute spot checks. Why so long? It's to guarantee it's the same time for everyone. It may take us 2 minutes, but the car will sit there for exactly 15 minutes. :-)

is 15 minutes a typo or a sneaky rule change?
I was under the impression it was 5 minutes. Just double checked the regs on the website and that impression appears to be correct. Not really overly bothered as it'll effect everyone in the same way, just want to know for sure.
