I had to re shim the pinion as it was too tight I put both shims to the front near the pinion. (Pinion, 2x shim bearing bearing).
I used this part for the first time on the weekend in racing conditions and give it a massive . I was able to set the brake strength a lot higher and the drive train seems so much more efficient.

I need to correct my above post regarding the shims it should be
Pinion - 1 x shim - bearing - bearing 1 x shim it's much better
