They were made by Medial Pro around 2000, when they tried to enter the 1/10th market. They were not the easiest tyres to work with as, for ultimate performance, you had to cut each pin (that's 1600 for a 4wd, trust me

), glue them in a special way, add tape to the inside... Pit nightmare

They had several compounds, so you could use their tyres on all surfaces, from wet astro to loose dirt, or indoors.
Medial Pro was the maker of some of the best 1/8th rallycross tyres of the 90's, like the Pulsar, the Whoops, the Turbo... They won numerous Euro and World titles.
Medial Pro was forced to stop production a few years back when they couldn't afford local (french) production costs Vs chinese manufacturing. That's how our world goes nowadays...
