Having a clear out of my truugy wheels and tyres here I have a set of used panther tyres on white Hong Nor wheels. Still have plenty of tread on them (see photo), they are of a soft compound so grip incredibly well. They have all the usuall scuff marks on but generally in excellent condition £20 including P&P
