On high grip, if your car can pop a wheelie, or has the slightest tendency to lift the front wheels when you go full throttle (from standing still), the slipper is too tight. While racing, you should never usually use full throttle, and more important, your car is already moving. So when the slipper slips a bit from standing still and hitting full throttle, it will hardly slip while racing. You can set it pretty loose before you will start having problems while racing. A thight slipper will take away all corner exit steering...

In vlijmen you should make sure that your wheels are not slipping too much on full throttle. All wheelslip is lost time and more tyre wear :-) Just make sure you can clear the jump on the astro part, never mind that it slips while accelerating on that part.

Slipper pads are not that expensive, and you can grind them after each race to make them as new, so I really don't care that I can hear it slipping while driving.

Plus, you can adjust it in 2 seconds, try it, adjust more, etc, all right on the track, you don't even need to go to your pit table to change anything. So it's a great adjustment!

Slipper FTW!
