We wished we could have finished the finals but we had marshalls falling over and safety comes first.
I was at drivers briefing both days, but my understanding was that all finals would be canceled before starting them if the weather was bad.

Having started them the ones that completed must surely stand, why would they not? They happened, the days racing was completed and results achieved, I very much doubt that anyone in a ‘higher’ final is going to be annoyed at having to have their results as they qualified, they don’t lose anything and don’t gain anything, however finals that were run now potentially lose out.

It’s a ridiculous decision, where in any sport do you ever see a final result being ‘revoked’?

I shall be proposing a new rule, bit of a shocker I sure as it will be a sensible one.
