Hi guys.
Before I start, I would like to thank Dan Greenwood for his help via PM

I am also loving the reliability, strength and consistency of my X6, it really is very good, and I am starting to get a feel for its handling and balance.
However, I am finding that while racing outdoors, I am struggling to 'feel' any changes that I am making during the day (apart from tyres!).
The biggest change I felt I made was cutting rows of the front tyres (started with outside cut off only), then cut inner row off as well, and could really 'feel this change'.
I have also tried adding in lots of weight behind the servo, and taking it out again, but have settled on 30g of brass Rudebits weight behind the servo, with a small 10g weight in front of the servo. I also have 60g under the speedo. All of this is with the plastic saddle chassis. I am also running 2x 20g pieces under my lipos (only as my lipos are so light - 230g for the pair without wires), just to weight the car up to about 1700g.
What other changes are people doing during the day to make the car feel different? I have taken a rear roll bar off, and put it back on again, removed and added washers under the front ball stud, but can't really feel any of the changes! Does anyone move the rear shock position on the tower? What about when running red or pink rear springs? I feel there must be more to come from the car, just fine tuning needed! I am just lacking a little speed methinks.
If it helps my setup currently is as follows:
Front:
Oil: 35wt Losi
Piston: Losi Red
Spring: Losi Black
Shock Pos: 2/2
Caster: 30deg
Camber: -1
Ballstud washers: 2
Ride height: 23mm

Caster Block forward, and low.
Rear:
Oil: 30wt Losi
Piston: Losi Red
Spring: Losi Pink
Shock Pos: 1/1

Anti-squat: 1 white washer thin
Wheelbase: Long Inner, Short Outer
E-Speed High, C on Hub
AE B4 Black Rear Roll Bar
23mm Rear Ride Height.

Thanks for any suggestions.
Mark
