My favourite car I've ever owned (not the best mind you) was an old school Saab 900. For me after the early to mid nineties Saabs were just rebadged GM crap, just pale imitations of the the real thing. I'm still thinking about getting an older non turbo 90016vS as a bit of a weekend car.
I'd still say that once you've owned the 3 litre BMW diesel (my best not my favourite mind you) your hooked for a long time and it's very difficult to go back to anything else. It still puts a smile on my face after more than a year.
