The Belgian event was not an EFRA GP.
It was a Belgian International event. Hence the relaxed rules.
To host a country GP (British GP) you have to have an EFRA sanction and run to EFRA rules.

No, even when it had been acccording to EFRA the years before it was as easy-going as it was last weekend. Itīs about attitude and so a British GP could be just as nice as the Belgian, no matter whether EFRAesque or not.
