In that case you've got a couple of options;
You could solder 3 wires of similar gauge to the esc wires to your motor, then terminate those wires with the the matching bullet connector.
2- you could extend the esc wires by soldering extra lengths of wire to them, then place heatshrink over the joints and do it the way I originally said.
As it stands i'd take the bullet connectors route as it allows motor changes without desoldering.
